Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 Jul 2026 · The English version of this document is the binding version.
01Scope of this Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how the operators of Rekt Paper Scissors ("the Platform", "we", "us") collect, use, share and protect information in connection with rektps.com, its subdomains, and the game services offered there (together, the "Services").
The Services contain links to, and are built on top of, services operated by others (wallets, blockchains, market-data providers, fiat on-ramps). This Policy does not apply to any third-party service, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of every service you interact with.
02Who we are
The Platform is an independent web3 gaming service. Where this Policy says "we", it means the team operating rektps.com, reachable at support@rektps.com, acting as the controller of the off-chain personal information described below. Public blockchain networks are operated by no single party, and data recorded on them is controlled by no one — including us (see Section 5).
03Types of information we collect
Account information. The email address or social-login identifier you sign in with (provided through Privy), your linked or embedded wallet address(es), and the username, avatar, bio and social links you choose to add to your profile.
Gameplay and transaction information. Matches, stakes, moves, results, points, MMR, tickets and draws; your platform-balance ledger (deposits, winnings, rake, withdrawals); and the on-chain transaction hashes and addresses associated with your deposits and withdrawals.
Technical information. Standard server and security logs collected automatically: IP address, approximate region derived from it, browser and device type, timestamps, referring pages, and error diagnostics.
Communications. Messages you send to support, and records needed to resolve them.
What we do not collect. We do not run KYC: we never ask for your legal name, government ID, photograph or physical address. We do not collect precise geolocation. We do not use advertising trackers.
04How we collect information
Directly from you (signing in, editing your profile, placing stakes, contacting support); automatically through the operation of the Services (server logs, functional cookies and local storage); from public blockchain networks (transactions involving the Platform's smart contracts); and from the service providers that operate parts of the Services on our behalf (for example, Privy passes us your login identifier and wallet address — never your private keys).
05Public blockchain data
Deposits, withdrawals, vault operations and jackpot draws are executed on BNB Chain, a public blockchain. Wallet addresses, amounts, timestamps and transaction hashes recorded on-chain are public, permanent, replicated worldwide, and beyond anyone's ability to alter or delete — including ours. Consider any on-chain activity public information.
06How we use information
We use the information described above to: operate matches, settlement, balances, withdrawals and jackpot draws; display public leaderboards and profiles (username, avatar, wallet address and gameplay statistics are visible to other players — your email is never shown to anyone); maintain the security and solvency of the Services, including detecting bots, collusion, exploits and abuse; comply with legal obligations that apply to us; answer your requests; and produce aggregate, de-identified statistics (for example total volume) that do not identify you.
07How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only:
· with service providers that process it on our behalf under contract — currently Privy (authentication and embedded wallets), Supabase (database and authentication infrastructure), Vercel (hosting and logs), and blockchain RPC providers;
· with DexScreener and similar market-data services, which receive token contract addresses only — no personal data;
· with fiat on-ramp providers (for example Transak or Ramp) only if you choose to use them; your relationship, including any identity verification they require, is directly with them under their own policies, and none of the data they collect flows back to us;
· when required by law or to respond to valid legal process, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, safety or solvency of the Platform and its players (for example investigating exploits or fraud);
· as part of a reorganisation or transfer of the Platform, in which case this Policy continues to apply to the transferred information.
08Your controls and choices
You can edit or remove your username, avatar, bio and links at any time in your profile. You can disconnect wallets in your wallet application. You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your off-chain personal information by writing to support@rektps.com; we honour statutory access, correction and deletion rights that apply to you in your region. Deletion is subject to Section 10 (records we must retain) and Section 5 (on-chain data cannot be deleted by anyone). The Services use only functional cookies and local storage (session and language preference); your browser lets you clear or block them, though signing in requires them.
09Children
The Services are strictly for adults aged 18 or over (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age. If you believe a minor has used the Services, contact us and we will terminate the account and delete its off-chain information.
10Data security, integrity and retention
We use technical, administrative and organisational measures designed to protect information: encrypted transport, encrypted storage of secrets, least-privilege database access, column-level restrictions on sensitive fields, automated solvency reconciliation and audit logging.
Please be aware that, despite our best efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Information travels over networks — the public internet and public blockchain infrastructure — whose behaviour, congestion, interception risk and availability are beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee the security of information in transit across them. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed 100% secure. If we learn of a security incident materially affecting your information, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected users.
We retain account and profile information while your account exists; ledger, anti-abuse and audit records for as long as needed for solvency accounting, dispute resolution and the prevention of fraud; and server logs for a short rolling window. When information is no longer needed we delete or de-identify it.
11Global transfers, storage and processing
Our infrastructure providers operate in multiple regions, and blockchain networks are global by design. By using the Services you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored and processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data-protection rules. Where a specific transfer mechanism is legally required, we rely on our providers' standard contractual safeguards.
12Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and where appropriate announced in-app. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Policy.
13Definitions and contact
Personal information — information that identifies or could reasonably identify you, such as your email or wallet address. Platform balance — the off-chain ledger of your deposited and won tokens, backed by on-chain vault reserves. On-chain data — records written to a public blockchain. Aggregate information — statistics that no longer identify any individual.
